There will be loads of great models on display including Tim Coles superb Gas Turbine locomotive. Ray McMahon is bringing his Darjeeling Himilayan locomotive, a GWR pannier tank locomotive, a GWR carriage and a diorama of a Scottish harbour and warehouse complex. One of Ashley Best's trams will be on display and there will be many more exhibits to see. |

The World Class Model Engineer Competition once again comes to The Model Engineer Exhibition. There are many Gold, Silver and Bronze Medals up for grabs as well as commended, highly commended and very highly comended certificates and the the highly contested Duke of Edinburgh Trophy. This years Model Engineering Exhibition brings you a wealth of Clubs and society’s from around the UK, some clubs are in their 104th year and others are brand new clubs looking for help and information. You will find displays of models and work-in-progress, demonstrations of members' skills and more importantly, friendly caring people who have the knowledge to answer questions about their individual projects. |

A huge range of railway, traction engine and stationary steam models will be on display throughout the weekend. Many individuals will bring thier models and clubs from up and down the country will display their impressive collections, many of which have taken years to perfect. |

With such fantastic displays of various engines throughout the show, you will be hard pressed to find a more impressive collection of Stirling engines, many of which will be working throughout the show. Members will freely share advice and information; do ask for advice for your own projects! |

Several model boat clubs will be attending and there will be a wide range of boats on display from barges, yachts, ancient vessels and steam launches. There will be many model boat and ship entries in the competition classes. Many of these are most impressive models and the amount of detail to be seen is often quite engrossing. |

We are hoping to have on display at the front of the hall and running around the streets of Esher, a Fowler traction engine. (At least there will be somewhere to keep warm these Winter days!). The Fowler 'Oriana' is a 5 ton tractor of 1927. |
